The magic Fed can spin up the shortfall quicker than the eye can blink and they may not even make a record of it. Making money is different than printing or authorizing it. O the magic powers in creating the foreign Fed Federal Reserve by Congress in 1913. The hide and seek game is over for the corporate money media as people have found a way around them worldwide.
